Privacy policy

El Cajon Sprinklers is a lead-generation website serving homeowners in and around El Cajon, California. This page was last reviewed October 2026.

What this site collects

This website does not use a contact form, does not set advertising cookies and does not run tracking scripts in your browser. The pages are static files.

When you call the number on this site, the call runs through a call-tracking service. That service records the number you called from, the time and length of the call, and, where a recording notice plays, a recording of the call. California law requires the consent of everyone on a call before it is recorded, so a notice plays at the start of any recorded call, and you can hang up if you do not agree.

How it is used

This website shares your information with local, licensed and insured providers who will contact you about your request. Your details are used to connect you with a provider for the job you called about, to confirm that the call reached that provider, and to measure how well this website works. They are not sold as a list and are not used to send you marketing unrelated to your request.

Photos and addresses

If you describe or send photos of your yard, controller or water meter, they go only to the provider pricing the job. Your address is used to quote and schedule the work and to tell which water supplier's rules apply to your property.

Your California privacy rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you from your call, ask for it to be deleted, and ask that it not be shared beyond the provider handling your request. Call the number below to make any of those requests. We do not sell personal information.

Who else sees it

The provider you are connected with receives your phone number and whatever you tell them about the job. The call-tracking service and the website host process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Call records are kept for as long as they are useful for attributing and checking leads, and then deleted.

Children

This site is for homeowners and property owners and is not directed at children under 13.
